It's a bird! It's a plane! No..... it's Super Dingbat!!!

Avery was playing outside and didn't want Mya out chasing his toys so he left her in the house. Being Mya, she doesn't leave him out of her sight, especially when there are toys involved. So she jumped out of our bedroom window, through the screen and all!

The guy below is Roddy. Notice the not so happy face he is wearing. It's a good thing still camera can't pick up noise! It went something like this.... $^##$@#%#$^^

2nd Annual Giant Schnauzer Fun Day a Huge Success

Well, the day has finally come and gone. $919.85 was raised for Giant Schnauzer Assistance Canada. The new organization will be introduced shortly. Details still have to be finalized and a website created, but as soon as that's ready, it will be formally introduced.

The turnout was great, the games were fun, the demonstrations were awsome, the BBQ was delicious and the prizes were wonderful. It was so great to see so many beautiful Giants all in one spot. This Fun Day would not have been such a huge success if it wasn't for the many volunteers that made this day run smoothly. So thanks to Karla and Shawn, Tracy, Craig and Beth, Sarah and Dan, Laraine and Peter, Arlene and Eric, Bernie and Lana, Kasia, Derrick and Idona and also my father in law Bob for taking such good care of Mya.

Now, it's time to take a rest, enjoy the summer and hopefully, have GSAC up and running by September.
